Maddie Hoffman is an entrepreneur, cultural architect, emerging speaker, investor and author. She’s been a creative since childhood and an entrepreneur since 16, when she launched her first side hustle.
From the start, she’s been drawn to big ideas that bring people together, spark meaningful dialogue and foster community. Today, her work carries that same intention forward - to create, to connect and to contribute to the collective wellbeing of people and planet.

Maddie grew up in the Great Appalachian Valley with her family.
1995
dIAGNOSED WITH CANCER
HERSHEY, PENNSYLVANIA
Leukemia arrived when Maddie was four years old, turning her childhood into a battle zone. For four years, she lived in the rhythm of hospitals, spinal taps and chemo drips - learning early what courage and determination really meant.
1999
Remission: Round #2
Surviving Leukemia forced Maddie to confront life’s biggest questions far earlier than most. From toddlerhood, she’s wrestled with purpose, mortality and the meaning of life.
Remission taught her that tomorrow isn’t promised. Her 2nd chance at life became a lifelong call to live boldly, think deeply and move through the world with vision and profound gratitude.
2015
Graduates from Savannah COllege of Art & Design - SCAD
SAVANNAH, GEORGIA
Maddie earns her degree in History and Media Studies from SCAD on scholarship. She leads from day one - building startups, serving in student government and running campus organizations, all while working her way through school.
2019
Launches her career in talent acquisition

Maddie’s warmth and curiosity opened the door to recruiting, where she placed creatives at high-growth agencies. She was a natural - energized by the people she met and the stories they shared. It was in these conversations that she began to see the deeper threads between people, storytelling, signals and the systems we move through.

After realizing her instinct for connecting the right people with the right opportunities, Maddie stepped out on her own - headhunting C-suite leaders and AI pioneers across the tech sector. Her work soon expanded into workforce innovation consulting, partnering with leading US consulting firms, laying the foundation for her first company.

Hurrican helene devestates north carolina
ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
Hurricane Helene shattered the Appalachian haven Maddie called home - the deadliest storm in the state’s history. Entire towns were washed away. Thousands of lives lost. Toxic water, collapsed homes and broken systems exposed the brutal truth of our climate crisis. It was a reckoning that forever reshaped her understanding of resilience, injustice and what the climate crisis truly means. From that devastation, a new urgency was born.

In 2025, Maddie founds FutureFuse with a clear intention: to build the creative, mission-driven company she had always envisioned - one rooted in community and meaningful change. Fueled by the new possibilities of emerging technology and a deep eagerness to connect with others along the way, she stepped into a new chapter - living boldly in the direction of her dreams. FutureFuse is the start of something bigger: a platform for building what’s next, together.
